I wasn’t given the potato wedges from my order and when I called to ask about them there wasn’t an answer. The answering machine said they were closed and that it was December 21st…. (It’s July 19th right now). This was the phone number from Apple maps where they usually answer.
I called 4 times. Same weird answering machine every time.
Also the garlic bread was terrible and sad. I’ve never had it there before. I love the wings there, but today they seemed to have no sauce on them.
While I was in the store a lady was returning a huge order and said that it was the wrong order and presumably for someone else.
I’m sure this review will have zero impact on the store as it’s always super unprofessional and a bit gross inside. I keep going back because the wings are usually amazing. Today everything was bad and totally unacceptable. I’m sure they don’t care, however. They seem to have very little pride on their service.
